Troubleshooting
Problem
When saving a public base map in Map Manager application, get error BMXAA4199E even though there is access to the internet on the client machine.
Symptom
BMXAA4199E - The remote object of the server cannot be accessed. A network error has occurred. Contact the network administrator to correct the network error and restart the server. Remote host closed connection during handshake

Maximo log shows the error below:
