Troubleshooting
Problem
After changing Oracle database references following an IBM OpenPages technote, the OpenPages services do not respond and the aurora.log contains errors resembling the following:
"ORA-12505, TNS:listener does not currently know of SID given in connect descriptor"
This is despite carrying out a tnsping test from the OpenPages server to the new database reference.
