Problem
Devices are sending snmp V3 trap to the probe. However, one device snmp v3 traps are not being processed by the probe.
The probe log has this error
SNMP Message (priority=3): Received bad msgID (-1994518269 < 0)
Symptom
The snmp v3 traps are seen in the tcpdump capture when view with wireshark and authentication and encryption password used in wireshark work to see the detail of the trap. That is, it is not authentication or encryption issue.
