IBM Support does not have the authority to grant access to an account. Only the account administrator can do it.

Steps
- Click "Help" link in the header. Many accounts provide a custom Help page with contact details of the account admin.
- Check your invitation mail for the name: "XXX invited you to join IBM Blueworks Live". Usually admins invite new users to the account.
- As a last resort, IBM Support can help to connect you to your account admin.
