Abstract
Clicking a PDF in the Case Navigator opens it in the Daeja ViewONE Viewer, but in the Chrome 71 browser it displays the PDF correctly only if the document is just one page.

Symptom
If the PDF has two or more pages, a gray area is displayed.
Resolving The Problem
Use Chrome 72 or a different supported browser to open the Daeja ViewONE viewer for the multi-page PDF.
