How to avoid Japanese character to get converted to Junk Character when Converting file from xls to csv
Answer
Symptoms: When the user Batch Upload the csv file Japanese character is converted to Junk Character.
Product Area: VSM> Batch Upload
Steps:
User created the xls file for the Batch Upload.
while saving used .csv format.
Japanese character got converted to Junk Characters.
Resolution:
While saving the file use 'CSV UTF-8' format.
Version: 10 and above"
