1) A Design Pattern.? SPA? is an IBM BPM-based solution implementation pattern, configurable by business users to support a large number of tier 3 processes.
2) A Service Offering.? SPA is provided with an IBM service engagement aimed at customizing the SPA-based solution based upon your business and technical needs.
3) A Base Framework.? SPA is a base implementation framework to be used by the business community, providing decentralized development of simple processes, and reducing drastically timeline and cost per process.
