Problem

Slave TMS Server fails to connect to Master TMS Server. TMS logs on the Slave server shows below errors

| E | Failed to connect to Master TMS (<IP Address>) - will poll until able to connect: (33029) SSL library not initialized! Call InitSSL first!
| E | Failed to connect to Master TMS (<IP Address>) for last 5 minutes - will continue to poll until able to connect: (33029) SSL library not initialized! Call InitSSL first!

Solution

This issue was occurring as the installer failed to create TLMgmtSrv folder under the Tealeaf Installation Directory which contains the SSL cert. This folder was missing from the server.

To address this copy the TLMgmtSrv from any other server and copy it in the Tealeaf directory on the problematic server and restart TMS service.
