What does 'Download Session Status' mean at the top of the interface?
Answer
The Download session feature provides an archive of the session that you can use for problem resolution, customer behavior analysis, dispute resolution, and other archiving needs.
'Download Session Status' gives the user information on the status of the sessions available for download from a drop-down quick view within the interface.
