By default the Data collector runs every 5 minutes to gather statistics from the Canisters and populates the reports pertaining to the events.? This results in event-based reporting being close to real-time.? The same data collection process aggregates statistics like session page view and hit counts.
If the data collector takes more than 5 minutes to run (due to high number of Canisters or volume of event data to collect) the refresh intervals result in delays accordingly.? It is worth noting that if the previous data collection takes more than 5 minutes the next should begin immediately upon conclusion.
