How do you change your CSR display name in the Service Desk side of Parature?
Answer
Click on My Settings in the top right corner of your screen. This will bring you to the Setup Manager ? Edit CSR screen. On the field labeled Screen Name/Public Alias enter your desired changes. Click Save. Please also make sure that any change to the prefix is consistent with the naming convention for the group. This will affect the CSR name sort and could potentially cause confusion if the incorrect prefix is specified.
If you are changing the prefix which is the abbreviated team name designation for example [DS] Dianne Perella to [HSDS] Dianne Perella please ensure that the bracketed formatting surrounding your abbreviated team name is followed. This format drives the order of names and keeps everyone of the same group together within the CSR lists.
