How to Assign a Ticket to Another Queue
Answer
In order to assign a ticket to another queue within the same department the following steps need to be followed:
Step 1. Click on the ?Assign to Queue? action with the ticket.
Step 2. In the Queue dropdown select the destination queue. A list of queues is available here.
Step 3. Once the correct queue is chosen from the dropdown click on Submit.
The ticket is moved to the queue that was specified in action request.
