What is ECuRep?
Answer
The core function of ECuRep is the Datastore with all its automated processes to handle support data. The main purpose of ECuRep with respect to Ticket Sync is to store attachments between Parature and Retain.
Using ECuRep, a CSR can:
- create a ticket directory
- add attachments
- download attachments
All IBM employees who need to access the data in ECuRep Datastore may request a UserID for the ECuRep Datastore (see: How to get a UserID "
