Steps to Rectify:

Review value entered on the Global tab for Total Quantity of Next Lower Level Trade Item.

If this value is correct update the quantity for this Trade Item on the Link tab to reflect the same value.

If the value originally entered on the Global tab is incorrect update accordingly and verify that the same value is supplied on the Link tab

Verify the Total Quantity Of Next Lower Level Trade Item matches Link Quantity in this example the do not match however there is a error due to one of the items are still link with a 12 quantity.

Steps to correct:

Generate a toolkit and research the link tab one of the GTINS in this product group is link with a Quantity of 12. The system is adding the 12 item in the database to the 12 item you are submitting which equal the 24 total Quantity error. Pg 1 of 2

In this sample the Case GTIN is still linked to a different Inner Pack with a qty of 12.

The Inner Pack is linked to a Each with a qty of 12.

Research will be required to verify if this is the correct Case GTIN and if this product group is still sold to retailer and if they were published to a retailer.

Steps to Correct:

Submit a Publication Delete and a Link Delete

Open a new support ticket for documentation to submit a Publication Delete / Link Delete.

Once the Publication and Link Delete process is complete you may submit the correct toolkit.
