Name change = Data Carrier Type Code - new valid values
Data Carrier Type Code must be populated Description:
If Consumer Unit Indicator is equal to true and Target Market is equal to US then Data Carrier Type Code must not be empty
Steps to Rectify: Make sure Data Carrier Type Code is populated in TargetMarket tab
