Is there a way to to download the most recent CDF from the user interface?
Answer
Currently you are unable to download your latest CDF directly from the interface. We recommend clients keep a log of the files they import to us as they are the responsibility of the client. However, if you do not have the original file anymore, we can provide a copy if it has been uploaded within the past 30 days (we only keep a copy for 30 days). Please open a ticket and our Support team can provide you with the file.
If it's been longer than 30 days we may be able to recreate it (we try to recreate the appropriate category hierarchy tree by following the Parent Category ID references up to the top level categories). Please keep in mind that this recreation from Support is not guaranteed. However you can request this by opening a support ticket and will action this where possible.
