Problem(Abstract)
After you complete the Organization Registration form at the AdvancedB2BDirect store login page you receive the following error when trying to submit the form:
The action cannot be traversed because the parameter:"parentMemberId" was either not specified or had an invalid value.
Cause
This error can occur because the B2B organization data was not published along with the AdvancedB2BDirect store. This might be true if the store archive (SAR) named AdvancedB2BDirectStore.sar was published by itself. This SAR only contains store information and does not contain the required organization information.
Resolving the problem
Publish the AdvancedB2BDirect.sar store archive. This SAR contains all of the store and organization information. After this SAR is published the required organization information will be populated.
For additional stores after the AdvancedB2BDirect.sar store archive has been published use the AdvancedB2BDirectStore.sar.
Important: Attempting to publish the organization data contained in the AdvancedB2BDirect.sar store archive more than once will fail.
