Question & Answer
Question
SKU overrides outside of Product Group caused CPI changes
Answer
This is due to the change of the Product Group composition.? Your group is dynamic so it is expected to change according to some criteria.? In this case it is due to the composition being based on the criteria cumulative revenue percentage which is a user-defined percentage derived from the product revenue.
Product revenue at all locations is based on the last suggested price and the Optimization Unit Volume.? So the dynamic group will be composed of the products whose revenue will be higher than 70% of the products or the 30% highest revenues.
Overrides can also cause volume shifts between other items in the Demand Group, even though they might not be in the same product group, thus leading to CPI changes.
