Symptom

Receiving Compliance Error "100 - Mandatory element missing" when translating data.


Cause

Data was received for a Record or Segment that has an Element marked as Mandatory however there was no data for that particular Element.

Resolving the problem

Verify that if data is received for a Record or Segment that data is present for all fields marked as Mandatory in that Record or Segment.

If data will not always be received for the element in error change the element to Conditional in the map. Re-compile and re-register or re-check in the map.
