Question
How to Create Multi-Language Text Based Collateral
Answer
Before you can create content in multiple languages you must first enable your store to support these languages. Please refer to the following tasks in the Information Center:
1. Add additional languages to the WebSphere Commerce instance in Configuration Manager
2. Add language support for your store
After enabling support for additional languages:
1. Create the new content
2. Log into Accelerator and on the "Select Store and Language" page select a new language to work with.
3. Find the new content that was previously created under: Marketing > Content
4. Enter new content information specific to the new language.
Note: There is a limitation with contents in that only one URL can be associated with the content regardless of locale. The work around is to embed the URL in the content text itself.
Now when users view the content from the storefront they will be able to see the content specific to their locale.
