You can acknowledge an order either at the order level or orderline level after the corresponding order is confirmed. However anorder can be acknowledged at the order line level only if your Sponsorhas configured the community to which you belong in such a way thatacknowledging an order by line item is allowed. If your Sponsor hassent an order with multiple order lines you must acknowledge theorder at the order line level by managing multiple schedules.

You can partially acknowledge an order depending on community configuration.The acknowledgment can be sent in multiple steps by adding part ofthe quantity at a time. The partially acknowledged quantity shouldsatisfy the configured business rules. You can also exclude some ofthe order lines while sending an acknowledgment. The acknowledgmentsent to your Sponsor will not contain the excluded orderlines.Youcan acknowledge an order in the following ways:

• Acknowledge an Order at the Order Level
• Acknowledge an Order at the Order Line Level
