Delete Modification Reason for a Quote

About this task

Youcan delete an existing Modification Reason for a Quote using the ManageQuote Modification Reason screen.

Procedure

  1. Navigate to the Manage Quote ModificationReason screen. To navigate to the Manage Quote Modification Reasonscreen perform the following steps:
    1. Log in to Sterling Business Center asan Enterprise Administrator.
    2. From the System Setup Home pageexpand the Quote menu and then click ManageQuote Modification Reason.
    The Manage Quote Modification Reason screenis displayed. Existing modification reasons if any are displayed.
  2. Click the Delete icon to deletethe corresponding modification reason. A confirmation message is displayed.
  3. Click Yes to delete the modificationreason.
    Note: When you delete a modification reason from Sterling Business Center and itis being used in Sterling Field Salesthen the Code Value is displayed in place of the value entered inthe Short Description in Sterling Field Sales.
