On Time Shipment Within Requested Time (By Quantity)
After the supplier receives a PO the supplier is expected to shipthe order within the requested time. This KPI measures the averagepercentage of the PO line quantities in an order that a supplier shipswithin the requested time. This KPI metric is computed based on thepercentage of the order line quantity that is shipped within the requesteddate. The supplier is considered reliable if this is high.
The On Time Shipment Within Requested Time (By Quantity) KPI iscomputed as:
Percentage of on time shipment within requested time (byquantity) = Sum (Percentage of order quantity shipped within requestedtime * number of lines) / sum (number of lines)
