The status is red. What should I do?

To troubleshoot a red status consider the following factors:

Red Status LocationExplanationAction
Most Recent page or in a list of search resultsThe overall status of the data is red indicating that it either failed processing or could not be sent.
  1. On the far right click the icon in the More Info column. The Data Detail window displays.
  2. Examine the first table. This table displays the details.
  3. Examine the next table. This table indicates whether the processing event failed or the sent event failed.
  4. Locate the failed event.
  • To examine the first 32K of the raw data at the point where processing stopped select the appropriate file in the File column and click the File Details tab.
  • To examine a report of the failed event click the Event Details tab.

The next table indicates whether the Processing event failed or the Sent event failed.

In the second table locate the failed event.
  • To examine the first 32K of the raw data at the point where processing stopped select the appropriate link in the File column and click the File Details tab.
  • To examine processing information for the failed event click the icon in the More Info column.
