How do I handle delivery errors?

In the Data Detail window items that failed delivery show a red status for the Sent event. Usually delivery errors occur when the system for the receiver is unavailable or when there are other network problems. You do not have to resolve delivery errors. The IBM? system resends data automatically. If several attempts are unsuccessful the IBM system generates an automated alert that will be e-mailed to you advising you to contact your trading partner regarding the undelivered data.
