Creating a Support Request
In Sterling Web Formsyou can access the Self Service Portal in Sterling Customer Center to logand view support cases.
Before you begin
If you need login credentials for Sterling Customer Center pleasecontact IBM? CustomerSupport. For information see Contacting Support.
Toaccess the Self Service Portal and log or viewsupport cases:
Procedure
- From any Sterling Web Forms pageselect Help > Create a Support Request. SterlingCustomer Center displays.
- In the E-mail Address field typeyour assigned user name (e-mail address).
- In the Password field type yourassigned password and then click Sign In.The Self Service Portal displays.
- In the navigation menu under My support requestsselect Log and View Cases to either log orview a support case.
