About Community Reports
Use Sterling Web Forms SiteAdministration to create community reports that show how your businesspartners have been using Sterling Web Forms. Availablereports include the following:
- Report
- Description
- Form Activity Summary Report
Provides information about the types and quantities of businessdocuments your community members have exchanged within a specifiedtime period.
- Aged Unread Report
Provides a list of all business documents you sent to yourcommunity members that have not yet been opened.
- Customer Information Report
Provides information about your community members includingcompany name contact name and e-mail address.
- Hub Message Report
Tabulates how many members have read or not read a hub message(a message displayed when members log in to your Sterling Web Forms site).
- Mailbox Summary Report
Provides information about the contents of your community members' Sterling Web Forms mailboxesincluding the type of document reference number and date it wassent or received.
