File Sizes

Compression
Ifyou have contracted for compression services you can compress ordecompress files before or after being transferred. You can set upthe compression feature such that a user needs a password to decompressa file. Contact Customer Support if you wish to add this capabilityto your account.
Retries
Ifa transfer does not complete properly Sterling File Transfer Service willautomatically retry every 15 minutes for 100 attempts (about 25 hours). A file that has not transferred successfully for a configurable amountof time will be purged from the Sterling File Transfer Service queue. An e-mail notification will be sent to addresses that have been configuredto receive alerts.
Ifyou are using AS2 retries will be made every 5 minutes for 4 days.
