The Lookup Trading Partnerapplication enables you to look up information about your tradingpartners. Using Lookup Trading Partner you can look up EDI ID informationon a single interactive search page or you can search on a list ofcompany names or EDI IDs by uploading your search criteria in a commaseparated value (CSV) file.

You can access Lookup Trading Partnerin one of the following ways:

• From the ID Maintenance menu at the top of the page.
• By selecting a Sender ID or Receiver ID from the InboxView Outbox Batch Detail View SearchView Document Inbox View DocumentOutbox View and Document Search View pages.
  Note: DocumentInbox View Document Outbox Viewand Document Search View pages display only ifyou are registered for Document Visibility.
• Under On-Demand Solutions in the Sterling Customer Center.

Access from ID Maintenance Menu

From themenu select ID Maintenance > Look Up Partner.This action opens a new window for the Lookup Trading Partner application.
