Sterling Document Tracking isa Web interface accessed though the IBM? SterlingCustomer Center.
The Sterling Customer Center is locatedat: https://customer.sterlingcommerce.com.It enables you to view the status of EDI interchanges functionalgroups or specific documents.

To enable you to track the exchange of your data Sterling Document Tracking providesthe following features:
- The ability to define user accounts with four levels of accessincluding administrator full read-only and select access
- User account profiles that specify mailslot description numberof days displayed and initial view after login
- Views that display information about documents you have sent orreceived with options to select a time range document types andtrading partners for a specified period of time document type and/ortrading partner.
- Views that display the status of a specific batch interchangefunctional group or document
- Threshold alerts you determine based on interchange size levelfile size level monthly kilocharacter levels and daily kilocharacterlevels
- Search functions to locate information about data associated witha mailslot
- Printer-friendly interface pages
- Views that display sent and received interchanges and the abilityto change the status of an interchange
- The ability to use an EDI ID and qualifier to look up tradingpartner information
- The ability to manage EDI IDs associated with a mailslot
- The ability to manage EDI IDs associated with an interconnect
- Views that display archived and saved data and the ability toload or dial the data to your system again
