Your organization can set up Sterling TMS so your userscan view shipments for other organizations in the Sterling TMS network. Yourusers can view shipments from other organizations on the Tracking tabin Execution.

For example:

• Your company consists of multiple business units.
• Each business unit has a separate shipper account in Sterling TMS.
• Some of your users want to view and track shipments for multiplebusiness units.

To set up cross-organization visibility contact Sterling TMS Customer Support. Sterling TMS will workwith your organization and the other shipper accounts to enable thisfeature.

After your company is enabled to use cross-organization visibilityyou can set up the user to view shipments from the other organizations:

• Click Add in the Cross-Organization Visibilitysection of the Add User page. The Cross-Organization Relationshipspage opens where you can select the organizations for which thisuser can view shipments.
• Select an organization and click Remove ifyou do not want the user to view shipments for that organization.
