Available Shipments Table Columns
The Available Shipments table displays key data that youcan use to plan your shipments.
The Available Shipments table displays the following columns.In addition the left column displays a diamond icon to indicate thatthe row contains an available shipment.
- Note
Shows an icon if a note is attached to the shipment.
Toview the note you must open the Shipments tabfind the shipment and click Note/History.The entry appears on the Notes tab of the Notes/Historypage.
- SID
- Shows the shipment identifier (SID) for the shipment.
- Stop Count
Shows the number of stops for the shipment.
Each shipmenthas at least two stops one for the origin and one for the destination.A multi-stop shipment has additional stops for the interim pickupsand deliveries.
- Shipper Name
- Shows the shipper that is using this dedicated fleet.Tip: Ifyou are the only organization using this fleet you can use the CustomizeTable feature to hide this column.
- Carrier SCAC
- Shows the standard SCAC and fleet SCAC if a carrier has coveredthe shipment.
- Origin
- Shows the location of the shipment origin.
- Origin City
- Shows the city of the shipment origin.
- Origin State
- Shows the state or province of the shipment origin.
- Origin Postal Code
- Shows the postal code of the shipment origin.
- Planned Departure Date
- Shows the start of the planned departure window for the shipment.
- Planned Departure Date End
- Shows the end of the planned departure window for the shipment.
- Pickup Appointment
- Shows the start of a pickup appointment window if the carrierscheduled one.
- Pickup Appointment End
- Shows the end of a pickup appointment window if the carrier scheduledone.
- Pickup Confirmation
- Shows the confirmation number if one was provided by the carrier.
- Departure Date
- Shows the date and time the shipment departed from the origin.
- Destination
- Shows the location of the final shipment destination.
- Destination City
- Shows the city of the shipment destination.
- Destination State
- Shows the state or province of the shipment destination.
- Destination Postal Code
- Shows the postal code of the shipment destination.
- Planned Arrival
- Shows the start of the planned arrival window for the shipment.
- Planned Arrival End
- Shows the end of the planned arrival window for the shipment.
- Delivery Appointment
- Shows the start of a delivery appointment window if the carrierscheduled one.
- Delivery Appointment End
- Shows the end of a delivery appointment window if the carrierscheduled one.
- Delivery Confirmation
- Shows the confirmation number if one was provided by the carrier.
- Estimated Arrival
- Shows the estimated time of arrival (ETA) if the carrier providedone.
- Actual Arrival
- Shows the date and time the shipment arrived at the destination.
- Customer
- Shows the customer that is receiving the shipment.
- Load Plan Status
Shows the Load Plan Status if one was specified.
TheLoad Plan Status is hidden by default. It is intended for shippersthat require users to manually approve load plans on the Shipments tab.To display this column use the Customize table feature.
- Trailer/Container #
Shows the trailer/container number if one was provided.
Toadd or change a trailer/container number double-click in the Trailer/Container# cell of the table. The Edit Trailer Number page opens where youcan specify the new number.
- Distance
- Shows the total distance from the origin to the destination.
- Mode
- Shows the transportation mode required for the shipment. Thiscolumn is hidden by default. A dedicated fleet can only transporttruckload shipments.
- Plan Status
- Shows the Plan Status such as Tendered or Covered.
- Master BOL
- Shows the Master BOL number if one was assigned to the shipment.
- Purchase Order Number
- Shows the purchase order number if one was assigned to the shipment.
- Sales Order Number
- Shows the sales order number if one was assigned to the shipment.
- Base Rate
- Shippers can view the targeted rate that their organization definedfor the shipment. Carriers cannot view the base rate.
- Quantity
- Shows the number of items in the shipment.
- Volume
- Shows the shipment volume and unit of measurement.
- Weight
- Shows the shipment weight and unit of measurement.
