Use the following features to search for shipments inthe Customer Portal:

Find

You can use the Find feature to search for specific shipments.Select one of the following entries from the Find listand click Go:

• PO Number
• SID Number
• Order Number
• SKU

You may be able to search for additional custom fields thatyour Sterling TMS shipperdefined.

Destination

You can search for shipments that are being delivered to asingle location such as a distribution center or warehouse:

1. Click to openthe Select - Destination Areas page.
2. Enter at least the first four characters of the location namein the Look For box.
3. Click Search to display the locations thatmatch the Look For criteria.
4. Choose a location and click Select to returnto the Customer Portal. Sterling TMS displays theshipments that are being delivered to that location.
5. As an option select the Delivery Date fromthe Date list to narrow the results to a specificdate. Click Go to run your search.

Date

You can search for shipments that are being delivered to yourcompany on a specific date:

1. Select Delivery Date from the Date list.
2. Select an option from the second list that opens. For example:
   • Select Yesterday or Today.
   • Select Fixed if you want to enter a specificdate for the search.
   • Select Report to search for a range ofdates. You specify the beginning and end date of the range. Sterling TMS will emailyou the results of the search as a spreadsheet.
3. Select a date range from the third list that opens. You can chooseup to the previous 15 days or the next 15 days.
4. Click Go to run the search.
