Canceling an Order

Procedure

To cancel an order follow these steps:

  1. Select the order on the Orders taband click Cancel Load. The Cancel Order pageopens.
  2. Click Yes to cancel the order. Click No toreturn to the Orders tab without cancelingthe order.
    Note: To cancel an order that is assigned toa shipment select the order on the Itinerary page and click Remove/Cancel.
