Tender Shipment Notification
When a shipper submits a tender to the carrier SterlingTMS sends an email to the carrier.
The Tender Shipment Notification alert use the same visibilityrules as alerts:
- If users are restricted to working with certain shippers theyonly receive an email for shipments tendered by these shippers.
- If users are restricted to certain carrier areas they only receivean email for shipments that are departing from that area.
For example you might define a user who is responsible forthe California area. This user would only receive tender notices forshipments departing from California.
Only carriers can subscribeto this alert. The alert is not available to shippers.
