Performing a Mass Tender

About this task

If your shipper administrator has enabled the Mass Tenderingfeature you can tender multiple shipments to the same carrier. Thisis also referred to as the Tender All feature.

Procedure

To tender multiple shipments to one carrier follow thesesteps:

  1. Select the shipments on the Shipments tabthat you want to tender. To select multiple rows hold down the Ctrlor Shift key while selecting the shipments.
  2. Click Tender All. The Auto-TenderConfirmation page opens.
  3. Select the carrier that will receive the tender. You canalso select a SCAC for one of the carrier's fleets.
  4. You have the following options:
    • Click Yes to tender the shipments to thecarrier.
    • Click Assign to select the carrier withoutgoing through the tendering process. Sterling TMS assigns theshipments to the carrier and sets the Plan Status to Covered.
