Use the following buttons on the Tracking tabto track and manage your freight:

View Details

Opens the Shipment Details page which displays informationabout the shipment and each stop of the delivery.

Print Detail

Opens the Shipment Detail document in a separate browser window.

Print Summary

Opens a Bill of Lading for the shipment as an Adobe Acrobat PDF file. You can view or printthe document using Acrobat Reader.

The following documents areavailable:

• If your organization is enabled to receive custom forms SterlingTMS displays the form your organization designed. To use this featureyour organization must be licensed to print custom forms.
• By default Sterling TMS providesa Bill of Lading form that is based on Voluntary Interindustry CommerceSolutions (VICS) standards.

Notes/History

Opens the Notes/History page where you can view the historyof a shipment or order and create notes and alerts.

Attach Tracer

Opens the Subscribe to Events or Alerts page where you canattach a tracer to the selected shipment. A tracer is an alert thatonly applies to a single shipment.
