Question

(Legacy Interface): What are the IP Addresses I need to open up on my firewall to receive data (exports, etc) from IBM Digital Analytics?

Answer

The following connections are typically used for Custom/Standard Exports, including IBM LIVEmail & IBM Digital Recommendations, or other deliverables from IBM Digital Analytics where a file is transferred directly from IBM Digital Analytics' infrastructure to a client or third-party location.

In addition to incoming files, if you or your third party service's firewall only allows outgoing connections to particular IPs and you send files with SFTP such as CDF, Forecast, Multichannel, or other input files to IBM Digital Analytics, then these IP addresses need to be added.

For clients using the 'welcome.coremetrics.com' link for Digital Analytics access:

When you transfer a file please confirm that you are transferring it to 'ftp.coremetrics.com' on port 998 for SFTP instead of a specific IP address.
