An administrator can configure the map view for all users.You can set the center point and zoom level for the map. The centerpoint can be adjusted to specific longitude and latitude coordinates.You can also select the base map that the user sees. Select your installedEsri GIS server or a publicly available GIS service for exampleArcGIS.com.
