Executive view
Use the Executive viewto obtain a consolidated view of key performance indicators (KPIs)and alerts associated with the KPIs. The Executive viewenables users with cross-organization responsibility to monitor manageand respond to status changes in relation to the key areas of organizationalperformance and well-being.
The Executive viewis an interactive web page. It contains the following portlets whichyou can think of as independent sections of the page that cooperatewith one another to provide comprehensive information and interactionat the executive level:

| Status | The Status portletprovides an executive-level summary of the status of KPIs across theorganizations that you have permission to view. Use this portlet toview up-to-date changes in the KPI status so that you can plan andtake action if necessary. |
| Key Performance Indicator Drill Down | When you see a KPI category in the Status portletthat needs attention select it. All of the KPIs for the categoryyou selected are then displayed in the Key Performance Indicator Drill Down portlet.You can use this list to inspect the underlying KPIs until you reachdetails of the KPI that caused the status change. |
| Coordinator - Alerts | The Coordinator - Alerts portletprovides a dynamic interactive list of alerts that result from changingKPIs and correlated events. The role of this portlet is to draw attentionto changes in KPI or event status. The list contains key details foreach of the alerts. Forexample when a KPI changes status from yellow to red an alert issent to the Coordinator - Alerts portlet. |
| Sametime Contacts | The Sametime Contacts portletprovides a contacts list organized by group. It can be customizedbased on the people you need to communicate with. You can chat withpeople and modify your online status contacts or groups. |
For help usingeach portlet click the upper right corner of the portlet and select Help fromthe menu displayed.
- To expand the portlet to fill the page click Maximize.
- To hide the portlet contents other than its title bar click Minimize.
- To restore a minimized or maximized portlet to its default viewclick Restore.
