Objective
The option to hide the Print and Email report under the "Run As" options is not currently available.
There is the option to remove the "Run As" completely, however you cannot hide specific objects under this section.
Please review the following enhancement request.

Environment
Cognos Analytics 11
Steps
- Log in to the Analytics server
- Select Accounts, Cognos and the defined Roles will appear.
- Select a specific Role, ie: Consumer and select the properties.
- In the properties, select the Customization tab and select the Features.
- expand the "Home" section, then expand Context Menu.
- Under the "Object explorer options" deselect the check mark beside "Run As".

Additional Information
Note : If a specific user still has the Run As option, they may be a member of another group that still has this feature available.
