Instance shared directory been unmounted when put cfs into maintenance mode

Question

When run " db2cluster -cfs -enter -maintenance " , found instance shared directory is unmounted unexpectedly , in gpfs log , there is I/O error which seems indicates something went wrong with storage/disk

When look at the OS log ,found " reservation conflict" ,PR key has been changed by someone .
