Summary
If CGROUP is enabled in LSF, LSF can get job memory usage from CGROUP. "bjobs -l <jobid>" command shows the job memory usage. But running "ps aux" comand to check RSS value of job processes, the RSS value is much less than the value gotten from "bjobs -l".
Why does "bjobs -l <jobid>" show different job memory usage value from the RSS value in ffffthe output of "ps aux" command?
