Problem
Transformer cube builds fail with error in batch mode or manually running cogtr command in command prompt when authentication uses OpenID namespace configured with OKTA.
(TR3001) The IBM Cognos gateway is unable to connect to the IBM Cognos Analytics server. The server may be unavailable or the gateway may not be correctly configured. Try again or contact your administrator.
Executing the models using this user manually in Transformer is working. Building cubes manually through Transformer UI, the user is prompted for credentials and they are able to build cubes successfully
