Troubleshooting
Problem
Secure Gateway Client has been downloaded and installed. However the expected IBM Bluemix Secure Gateway service does not appear in Services.
Symptom
1) In the install log we see:
23 error Make sure you have the latest version of node.js and npm installed.
Or
2) If we check at the installation location "C:\Program Files (x86)\Secure Gateway Client\ibm\securegateway\client", there is no folder called node_modules
