Non-Administrators are Unable to log into Cognos Analytics with CAM-AAA-0036

Troubleshooting


Problem

Multiple Cognos users specified into separate Active Directory groups which are mapped to their roles. Only those mapped to the System Administrator roles are able to log in. Those located in the groups which are not able to login receive the error CAM-AAA-0036.
