Troubleshooting
Problem
When using the Cognos Analytics search function, results vary depending on the locale of the user doing the search and the locale of the item that is being searched for.
Symptom
Missing items in search for some users.
Issue does not occur in Cognos 10 or when using the Cognos 11 legacy portal search.
