Troubleshooting
Problem
When accessing the Intelligence Portal with a URL similar to
http://<hostName>/apollo/
The error "Connection Refused" is received in Internet Explorer.
Symptom
..HTTPServer/logs/access_log does not show any attempt to connect.
Diagnosing The Problem
Navigate to the same URL from a browser that resides on the i2 Analyze server. If the connection succeeds, then it is most likely a networking or firewall issue.
Resolving The Problem
Engage your network team to make sure there is no firewall preventing access.
