To open a support case for the IBM Blockchain Platform for IBM Cloud Private (IBP for ICP), access the IBM Support Community at https://www.ibm.com/mysupport. On the Support Cases tile, click Open a case. Enter a Title for your case and then from the product drop-down list, search for "Blockchain Platform". Fill in the remaining fields with your problem description by using the suggested guidelines.
Please use the above information to open cases, as your main entry point for reporting issues about IBM for ICP and related IBM Blockchain technologies. For example you may also be using IBM Cloud Blockchain or IBM Cloud Private and encounter an issue, and not be sure which product or component is most relevant. In this case, open your case with the Blockchain Platform for ICP team, who can work to isolate the problem, solve the issue, and bring in expertise from other teams as needed.
