Unable to access to IBM Planning Analytics Workspace

How To


Summary

Customer was unable to access to Planning Analytics Workspace.
To investigate the issue they also executed <Planning Analytics Workspace installation dir>scripts\Start.ps1 command to start IBM Planning Analytics Workspace Administration tool page.

However, the command interrupted with following exception message in Power shell.

"Exception occurred:
Execution failed with exit code 1

Stopping IBM Planning Analytics Workspace Administration Tool...
Exited."

There are also following messages in separate browsers from Admin page.

"Failed to Fetch Statistics"

and

Validate Configuration window shows

"An error occurred during validation."
